Reformer Pilates

Align (Beginners)

Less is more. The challenge here comes from moving at a slightly slower pace and therefor,e more precisely, feeling every little muscle you might not have felt before. 

This is a whole-body workout focusing on correct technique and alignment to get more out of your workouts and better understand your body and Pilates.

Open Level - Great for beginners. Safe for first-trimester pregnancy.

Tone & Flow

Our super popular signature class is guaranteed to tone all the right parts of your body with minimal rest between movements.

Let us flow you through this upbeat and uplifting total body workout to achieve that 'post pilates glow’ you’ve seen on all your friends’ gram!

Intermediate Level - At least 3 sessions experience of Align classes recommended. No major injuries or pregnancy.

Hardcore

Be a badass with a hard ass. An empowering experience with a focus on strength, power and precision, centred from the core.

Challenge your fitness levels, get a sweat on and be prepared for planking, lunges and a bangin' soundtrack for the time of your life.

Advanced Level - At least 10 sessions of experience of Tone & Flow recommended. No injuries or pregnancy.

Stretch & Sculpt

The feel-good class we all need in our lives. Think juicy twists and deep stretches to recover from all the sitting, running and everyday living.

This is a transformative total body workout accompanied by specific movements to sculpt longer, leaner limbs and the posture that you always dreamed of.

Open Level - At least 3 sessions experience of Align classes recommended. Safe for first-trimester pregnancy.

Bounce & Burn

Who doesn’t love the Jumpboard!

Stay energised and on the move in this upbeat, heart-pumping Reformer class, utilising the jump board creatively from start to finish.

Form, alignment and proper posture are emphasised while targeting and lengthening muscles you might have never used before!

Intermediate Level -  At least 5 sessions of experience in Tone & Flow recommended. No injuries or pregnancy.

Barre

Sculpt & Tone

A fun and functional workout performed by the ballet barre. Combining elements of Pilates, ballet and yoga, this energising class will tone and stretch your entire body. Challenging yet accessible for all fitness levels and ages.

Open level - Safe for all trimesters of pregnancy.

Cardio

As our Sculpt & Tone Barre class but add gripping music, even more sweat and a great fusion of cardio and strength - challenging yet accessible for all fitness levels and ages!

Intermediate Level - At least 3 sessions of Sculpt & Tone required. Safe for first-trimester pregnancy.

Mat Pilates

Flow

The mat version of our signature class is guaranteed to tone all the right parts of your body with minimal rest between movements.

Yoga

Vinyasa Flow

The class is built upon a strong and fluid flow sequence lead by the Breath. Explore your body's strength, balance and mobility and create stillness in the mind.

Open Level - Safe for first-trimester pregnancy.

Slow Flow

The mellow friend of Vinyasa Flow. Think light, creative and slower-paced sequences combined with some longer yin holds to open the body and elevate the spirit.

Open Level - Safe for first-trimester pregnancy.

Pure Yin

This class takes you deep into the body, past the muscles and into the territory of fascia, joints and ligaments. Poses are held for several minutes, making for a mellow, deeply relaxing and unwinding practice. Pranayama, meditation and flavours of embodied yin intermingle to make this the perfect self-care routine.
