Our studio offers a variety of different classes in Pilates, Barre and Yoga and our warm-hearted, professional and international crew of teachers are here to make sure you get the most out of your workout or practice in a fun and safe environment.

HOW TO BOOK CLASSES?

Booking classes is very simple and can be done through our own website in the "Book Classes" section or through MindBody.

We highly recommend downloading the MindBody mobile application for easy and fast bookings.

Our regular timetables for Pilates, Yoga & Barre are also displayed in the "Timetables" section of our website.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR A CLASS?

We provide all the mats and props that you will ever need so all you have to bring along is yourself and your favourite active wear! No shoes or socks needed.

It is recommended that you leave your jewellery in your bag for safety reasons and avoid wearing baggy clothes for the instructor to be better able to see your body position and alignment.
