Suitable for all levels - This class is friendly to all, from beginners to experts, including those in their first trimester of pregnancy. We suggest this class to be done at least a few times before entering our other classes.

Flow

An uplifting workout that takes your strength, mobility, coordination, and balance to new levels. Experience a flowing sequence of contemporary and traditional Pilates in this dynamic and creative class.

Intermediate Level - For your safety and the best experience, this class necessitates a minimum of 3 previous Reformer Pilates classes.

It is suitable for those in their first trimester of pregnancy but not for those who are injured.
